The Moroccan government should “help the ecosystem of the private sector financially … but also to create all the means for the company to go faster and train these people,” he said.
“We have young people who want to be trained in new skills,” Belahrach concluded. He made the statement during the first edition of Huawei Talks, which took place in Casablanca last week.
