Malak Laghrib on Her Journey to Youth Empowerment

Malak Laghrib, 1st year student at ENCG Settat and a member of the executive organizational team of the 22nd Entreprise and Laureate Forum, said that “youth are the leaders of tomorrow” stressing that they need to develop multiple skills such leadership soft skills, budgeting, negotiation and communication.

Laghrib highlighted that extracurricular programs and events can empower youth and help students acquire these skills that are much needed in today’s job market.

“The extracurricular programs helped me a lot..to be the best version of myself,” she said.
