Two proud graduates shared their stories with Morocco World News at today’s SIST graduation ceremony, commending the unique multicultural experience of studying a British program in Morocco.
Sultan Kakon, a 24-year-old Lebanese graduate, expressed his joy at completing his journey with Cardiff Metropolitan University. “I’m just so happy to be here finishing the journey that I started three years ago,” he told MWN at the ceremony.
Fellow graduate BaiLe Wallingford also commended the distinctive opportunity the program offered.
“I had the great opportunity to study a British program here in Morocco,” she said, adding her gratitude for the lectures and classmates who shaped her experience.
Wallingford spoke of what made her educational journey special: “I got to study and thrive in such a multicultural environment and I don’t think I could have done this anywhere else.”
The SIST-Cardiff Met partnership continues to attract international students, creating a diverse learning environment that bridges cultures and continents.
