The first time I experienced Jalfrezi Masala, it was in a small little Indian restaurant in Manhattan. I had been looking for a good place to eat with friends who were from India. When we got there, the server told us that the owner was away on vacation, but the restaurant was actually opened several days earlier. The next ingredient you need in this recipe is chicken. You can either buy chicken at your local store or you can even roast a whole chicken and add the flavors. The other ingredient list in this recipe is very simple, but you should remember that you should not leave out any ingredients. Then, place half of the jafrezi dough on one side of the hot surface and wait for it to rise for about ten minutes. After which, remove it from the heat. When the jafrezi reaches the correct temperature, remove it from the oven. Place it on a platter and use the spatula or the wooden or plastic spatula to turn it over so that you can flip it over and continue baking it.
